Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund or exchange policy is 30 days.   After 30 days , no refund or exchange will be given.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received and returned in the original packaging.

Items exempt from returns or exchanges are:

  • Downloadable software and PDF products
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Clothing items worn with obvious use such as worn and/or washed
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If an exchange is requested,  the replacement item will be shipped to you within 7 days after inspection.   In a  case where the returned is no longer available, you will receive a refund in the amount of purchase, minus shipping costs.

All returns or exchanges require receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping returns

Please contact us at for approval of refund and where to ship.    You will be responsible for shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.   Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.   We cannot refund lost items during the return shipping process.
